		<description>I'm waiting on the edge of my seat for the new PRs.  I'm helping out on a site that was launched over the summer and have managed to get a few 6+ PR backlinks to it, plus a bunch of links in boards and blogs.

Does a new PR update immediately affect the organic rankings?</description>
