If it weren’t for Andrew Gerhart, I’d be scraping by as an HTML designer in a second rate firm just trying to get by. Instead, I’m managing the organic search efforts for more than 600 websites for a Fortune 500 (#272). More than six years ago and despite being an unpaid intern, Gerhart forced me to realize the power of SEO.
I really can’t thank him enough for that.
You may know Andrew from his role as a moderator over on WebmasterWorld, or perhaps from his past speaking engagements. On Andrew’s new blog, you can check out his opinion on many things and also learn a bit more about his career to date.
I’m still in Rhode Island while Andrew’s out in California, but we make it a point to keep in touch and discuss SEO, SEM and the like when we have the time. I’m always impressed by the knowledge that Andrew carries on the industry, and I’m sure you’d find the same if you take some time to read his new blog.
If you’re looking to get a quality opinion on some search engine marketing topics without any fluff — Gerhart’s got the goods. Check out his blog at www.agerhart.com and let ’em know that I sent you along!
